1. Click and save the images below on your desktop
2. Sign in to Teams, using your desktop
3. Select “Background effects“. It is just to the right of the mic switch, before joining the meeting
4. To use an image of your own, choose “Add new” and then select one to upload from your computer
5. Applicable for Window 8 and above, and on desktop only
6. Video file is not applicable on Microsoft Teams background
